Deposits & Withdrawals

- Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same account. bab88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- bab88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving large withdrawal requests. Players should expect processing times of up to 24 hours for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.
- Deposits made using promotional bonus codes are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. Real-money funds and bonus funds are held separately in your account ledger.
- bab88 is not responsible for any delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, mobile banking platforms, or banking institutions.
- Any deposit that cannot be matched to a verified account holder will be reversed to the originating payment method.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
bab88 periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds, once the wagering requirement is fully met, are eligible for withdrawal.
- Standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is stated in the specific promotion. All wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sportsbook wagers may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonuses are issued per eligible player. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Section 6
Gameplay Rules

The specific rules governing each game are determined by the originating studio and are displayed within the game interface. General gameplay conditions are as follows:
- In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, bab88's servers will record the game state at the point of disconnection. Completed rounds will be settled according to the recorded outcome. Partially completed rounds may be voided or resolved according to the studio's stated disconnection policy.
- Any malfunction of a game engine, including display errors or incorrect odds shown, voids all affected bets. bab88 will notify affected players and refund any stakes placed on void rounds to the player's real-money balance.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bab88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in reporting to applicable law enforcement authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with game interfaces in a manner not available to standard human players.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or multiplayer game.
- Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to place bets with an artificially enhanced expected value. All bets placed during a known or reported error are void.
